We started Wild Culture Kombucha in 2015 to help grow the craft kombucha scene in the Midwest. We hope you enjoy our kombucha. We brew every batch with passion, and we are excited to share it with the community!

Small batch, craft kombucha bar on the Northside neighborhood serving beer, wine, kombucha and zero-proof cocktails. Brewed with our unique four tea blend and infused with freshly juiced produce, herbs and spices to give a full flavored, low-sugar probiotic beverage.
