The Sleep Studies Center serves people who experience excessive snoring, sleep apnea and nighttime leg movement problems originating from illnesses and various lifestyle stresses. The center uses computer devices to record patient s sleep patterns. It is a physician-referred program. The Sleep Studies Center is a part of Fort Madison Community Hospital, which is a health care provider in southeastern Iowa. The hospital specializes in cardiology, oncology, dermatology and internal medicine. It performs plastic, general, vascular, ear, nose and throat surgeries. The hospital offers occupational, physical and speech therapies. It manages the Fort Madison Community Hospital Foundation, which was established in 1995.
