Located in the area in front of Holmes Pool, facing West 4th Street, sets the beauty of Holmes Park. The park offers 5 acres of beautiful, grassy areas and trees. Gather with friends or family at the sheltered picnic area, complete with grills and the nearby playground. Take your kids to the park to play and run around, or just take yourself to relax and read a good book under the shade of one of its big trees. The area is big enough to play a game of football, baseball and even has soccer goals. Use of the picnic shelter is free, but if you're interested in reserving the shelter for an event, you can do that by calling the Recreation Center and paying the reservation fee.
