Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back. NRG is a fully equipped pilates studio where owner and teacher Nicky Miller holds classes Monday through Saturday. The studio holds five levels of pilates classes, a body sculpt class using Thera-Bands and a kettlebell class. Private and semi-private instruction is available at the studio by appointment. Most classes are 55 minutes in length. Clients can pay by class or purchase multi-class packages.
