KSCJ Radio is a broadcasting station primarily serving the residents of Sioux City, Iowa by airing city-specific political news, weather reports, sports news, talk shows, entertainment shows and other important information. Initially formed as an electronic arm of the Sioux City Journal newspaper in 1927, KSCJ Radio has covered important events, including repeated floods on the Floyd and Missouri Rivers, the fatal explosion of the Swift Plant, the crash of United Flight 232 and many more. It currently offers programs such as the Sean Hannity Show, The Fred Thompson Show, The Glenn beck show, The Dennis Miller Show, America in the Morning, Rush Limbaugh and many more. KSCJ Radio is also the official home for Iowa Hawkeye Football and Basketball.
