Established in 1996, Knoxville High School offers learning opportunities to more than 600 students in grades 9 through 12. The school provides assisted learning and vocational programs. Its staff of over 40 teachers offers classes in English, math, physical education, social studies and science. The school also provides special courses in fine arts and Spanish. Knoxville High School additionally offers membership in Future Farmers of America and other organizations. Located in Knoxville, Iowa, the school is a part of the Knoxville Community School District, which offers educational programs throughout Iowa. Knoxville Community School District provides a variety of sports activities, including golf, soccer, tennis, wrestling, track, basketball, swimming and swimming.
