Iowa 80 Group spreads over 11 locations in the United States and is well known for its ideas and technology in fueling islands, service centers, truck washing, truck weighing and the biggest truckers store in the country. Iowa 80 stops are home to one of the largest trucker appreciation days, the Walcott Truckers Jamboree, held in July every year. Its goal is to welcome truckers, travelers, and local customers, by providing a comfortable, secure and pleasant place, offering services and products they need. The company started when trucking was just a gleam in some of today's drivers' eyes and Interstate 80 was not yet completed. In 1964, Standard Oil built and opened the truck stop, and Iowa 80 was a small facility, a small truckers store, one lube bay and a restaurant.
