vents AFTER five star replaced roof.....half hearted installation

This is my vents BEFORE installation, very professional looking with no leaks.....TAKE NOTE

Yeah this will not get "baked down" with the sun, especially when you do it in EARLY MARCH

no shingle or caulking under the vent to prevent rain

Stated it was functional. Does not equate to acceptable.
