Benjamin Design Collaborative is an architectural firm serving private, public and non-profit clients. It offers services in design, schematics, development, negotiations and construction, among others. It has developed projects ranging from residences to religious institutions, educational facilities, commercial spaces and governmental offices. It was founded by John Lott, an architectural graduate from Iowa State University.
