McDonald Manufacturing Company, which is one of the leading manufacturers of waterworks brass, plumbing valves, and pumps and water systems. Established in 1856, the parent company s brass foundry and manufacturing plant are located in Iowa. A.Y. McDonald Manufacturing Company also maintains locations in Tennessee and Nevada. The parent company s water service products meet the standards of the American Water Works Association (AWWA). It offers service saddles, corporation stops, curb boxes, meter valves, copper meter setters and iron meter yokes. A.Y. McDonald Manufacturing Company s selection of plumbing products includes chrome supply stops, dielectric unions, and gas, ball and pressure reducing valves.
