Transform Her Fitness began early in 2018 and has started offering classes to the community in June 2018.

At Transform Her Fitness, Trainer Kyla offers personalized fitness training, as well as group fitness classes for women. Bootcamp, Kickboxing, and Barre style classes can be chosen from in addition in personal training sessions. Kyla also specializes in Mommy & Me Fitness offering local moms the opportunity to bring their children and have a fun but challenging workout! Kyla is ACE Certified in Group Fitness Instruction, CPR & AED Certified, and currently continuing education as a Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
