The shang hi has really stepped up their game. 3 years ago I wouldnt eat here, but now it is so much better. No waitress dine in, but carryout. The food is delicious and hot.

Food is terrible, service terrible and so on. Don't waste your time or money. Not one positive thing to say about this place. Frozen Chinese dinner would be 100 per cent better.
