Third generation in Chinese full service restaurants. Our grand parents started in New York city , the Flower Drum restaurant and Sai-Lin were their stores.They were classic chefs,cooking dishes one at a time. Our parents and aunts moved to Indiana for colleges to get away from food business, but restaurants are in their blood, after colleges and fulfilled grandparents wishes for education, they opened three successful China Palaces in North Metro Indianapolis in the early 80s.They were all sold to buffet places in the 90s. In 2000s, customers want service and neighorhood food places again, we now opened intimate ,cafe style Rice Cookers in your neigborhoods.Freshly cooked one by one ,we serve beer and wine too !
