History
We started as an Italian Deli & Cheese Boutique within a year-round farmers market (South Bend Farmer's Market) and grew into a brick and mortar establishment in 2012. In between this period a farmstead goat dairy & licensed creamery was established as well as a commissary for offsite food preparation. This is a full-circle cheese operation with an offering of freshly grown and prepared foods in addition to other local, regional, national, and international artisan fare in South Bend's Market District.
