The Northeast Neighborhood Center (NENC) is the oldest continuously operating neighborhood association in the city of South Bend, Indiana. Established in 1968, NENC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public entity that promotes essential community services to the residents of the northeast side of South Bend. It also fosters partnerships between residents and neighboring communities, including universities, colleges, businesses, religious institutions, government agencies, and other interested parties.
