Mary's Chicken Farm produce free range eggs from Pasture Raised Hens. In 2007 Mother Earth News' Egg Testing Project took pastured eggs from 14 farms around the U.S and analyzed nutrient content. The averages were compared to the USDA nutrient data for conventional eggs. The results showed pastured eggs to contain the following: 2x more omega 3s 2/3 more vitamin A 3x more vitamin E 7x more betacarotene 4-6x more vitamin D
