When it comes to web design, I specialize in quality and speed of service. Since I only take on one project at a time, I insure that nothing is left unattended or abandoned. This usually makes the process much quicker and more efficient for the client. Unlike most web designers, who usually charge at a fixed hourly rate, I charge by the project. Charging by the hour would mean that your bill is based on my inefficiency, which isn't very desirable.
