People working at this clinic are unhelpful, unprofessional, and they look annoyed whenever I ask a question. So sign everything they give you and dont ask questions. Yikes!!! Scary !!!

Since going to Kaufman I haven't had 1 headache and the back and leg pain has drastically decreased. I would definitely recommend anyone with nerve or back problems to check them out
