HistoryThe G.J. Gardner story began in 1983 with Greg Gardner starting his building firm based on the principles of uncompromised quality and value. In 1995 Greg decided to franchise the business with locally owned and operated offices using the same proven formula to build quality homes across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. G.J. Gardner Lafayette opened its doors in 2012 with their design center in Lafayette, Indiana.
