Fitness by Phil specializes in individual personal training. Phil is a NASM certified personal trainer who has been training clients since January of 2008. Phil tailors workouts to the fitness level and ability of each individual and gradually increases the level of difficulty as the client progresses. Past successes include weight loss, increased self esteem, increased strength and increased stability among clients.
