Rising Stars Family Childcare started as Ever Rise Youth Enrichment Programs in 2004. After launching a few successful school-age programs, Pre-school was naturally the next step forward. Eventually the owner, Akira German, decided parents needed more flexibility. In 2013, RSFC became a fully functional 24 hour childcare.
