Our founders name is Michael Bohlen, his daughters names are Erin and Melissa hence- E&M. Michael worked for 9/years as a technician then was promoted to sales rep for Anderson Pest Solutions. He then worked for Smithereen pest Control for 5 years as there Corporate Sales Manager.
