"Charles Hear excelled in school and graduated early from Ball State University. After Ball State University he went to Indiana University of School of Law in Indianapolis from 1989-1992. He is a peoples lawyer in part due to his non-lawyer background. He held many "real" jobs before becoming an Attorney. He has worked in factories, insurance firms, and warehouses. He spent the first 10yrs of his legal practice in Indy. He then moved to Brazil in 1998 when he became engaged to his wife.
