We originally started the business in 2006, but was a property manager for a large firm prior that owned over 500 properties under management. Worked with that firm for over 20 yrs. Decided to go out on our own and formed our own company in 2007. Started the company as a sole proprietor and in 2008 started an LLC. We have been growing every year.
