HistoryA Little About Our History. Established on February 20, 1989, Thomas P. Miller and Associates (TPMA) has been providing economic consulting services throughout the United States, working with local and state governments, workforce investment boards, and industry associations to integrate workforce and economic development strategies to enhance the economic value of educational institutions, companies, and communities. The firm's first clients were the US Department of Labor and the Hancock County Economic Development Council. Since its creation, TPMA has developed strategies that draw on best practices and proven methods that help keep organizations on track for a prosperous and sustainable future.
