Fort Branch is the largest town and second largest community in Gibson County, Indiana, United States after Princeton. The population was 2,771 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.7 square miles (1.9 km²), all of it land. However, since 2000, the town of Fort Branch has had two annexations to bring the total area to 2.1 square miles (1.9 km²) and a population of 4,275 as of 2007. Like Haubstadt and Owensville, Fort Branch has seen a great deal of development since 2000.
