All kindergarten students in Buffalo Grove-based District 96 attend Willow Grove Kindergarten Center. Upon completion, they move on to one of the district's four elementary schools, which house first- through fifth-graders. Willow Grove is also home to District 96's early childhood program, which serves preschoolers in need of special services.
