The University of St. Francis, founded in 1920 and located in Joliet, Ill., is a Catholic, Franciscan university. The institution offers more than 60 undergraduate academic areas of study, three bachelor's degree completion programs and 10 graduate programs. The programs are offered to approximately 4,500 students each year at the Joliet campus and more than 85 locations nationwide. The college offers students a range of options, such as on-site and online classes, and programs and faculty-directed study. The courses offered include biology, music, economics, English, environmental science, computer science, international studies, psychology, nursing, political science and radiography.
