The Exercise Coach has been inspiring and empowering even the unlikeliest of exercisers since 2000. Brian Cygan, our Founder and CEO, has been involved in developing and delivering high-quality exercise programs for over 15 years. Through his long time study of exercise physiology and training methods he has discovered that brief, focused exercise is more beneficial for fitness, fat-loss, and longevity than mere activity itself. The average person has been exposed to plenty of information about exercising. The real challenge is integration. That's why he designed The Exercise Coach program from the ground up to address the most common barriers to exercise that people face. The Exercise Coach is the perfect fit for people who are busy, don't like the gym scene, are afraid of getting hurt or just plain hate to exercise!

The Exercise Coach is a private, personal training fitness studio specializing in our Guided Fitness Program. Our workouts are safe, effective and efficient. In as little as 20 minutes, twice per week, we can work with anyone who has ever felt intimidated in a more traditional fitness center, doesn't like to exercise or simply cannot find the time to commit to beginning a routine. We cater to men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes.
