It is a privately held, strategic holding company whose subsidiaries own and/or manage fitness and athletic facilities in the United States and Canada. In 2005, TCA Holdings, LLC split into four divisions: Proactive Partners, Columbia Equities, Tennis Corporation of America and Midtown Athletic Clubs. The company's partners include Duke University, McDonalds, Walt Disney World Company, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Henry Ford Health System, General Motors, AthletiCo, The Travelers, ProMedica Health System, University Professional Tennis Management, etc. The United States Tennis Association and TenniSchools have licensed its teaching program, Tennis in No Time.
