We are passionate about serving our customers authentic Lebanese cuisine and want to share our culture and foods with those who are not familiar with it. We understand that feeding a family can sometimes create financial burdens and therefore we strive to provide quality food at an affordable price. We are a family owned business dedicated to ensuring that our customers remain happy and leave with a full belly and a smile on their face. The owner is at the bakery every single day to make sure that this is achieved.
Specialties
Shawarma (Beef or Chicken) - Marinated for 24 hours in our secret blend of herb and spices, thinly sliced meat is stacked on a large rotating skewer and cooked to perfection. Can be made in a sandwich ( on our freshly baked Naan bread or samoon bread) or on a plate with rice, salad, and bread. Middle Eastern Pizzas - Not your traditional italian pizzas. These are special Middle Eastern pizzas and come with different toppings. Some of our popular ones are Lahembajin (seasons ground beef patted on freshly pressed dough and cooked in our brick oven) , Chees (a blend of mozzarella and feta), and Zaatar (a blend of oregano, thyme, basil, and other herbs) Pies - These are not what you think. They are similar to Indian samosas but are baked in our brick oven instead of fried. We 4 types of pies: spinach, chicken, potato, and veggie. Breads: We freshly bake Samoon bread in our brick oven and Tandoori Naan bread in our custom Naan oven. Come on in and smell the bread being baked every morning. We use our freshly baked breads for our sandwiches, plates, and sell them in bags separately.
