Dan Casey founded Sterling Engineering in 1969. Today, the company is an employee owned business with $40 million in annual revenues and over 500 employees. Sterling Engineering was founded on three major principles that are as relevant today as they were then in shaping the culture of our organization: Respect for Clients Commitment to Quality Respect for Employees Sterling initially provided expertise to consumer product companies and designed prototypes for high speed manufacturing and packaging equipment. Today, the company has expanded its reach to include a broad array of services in supporting companies in the following industries: food, pharmaceutical, medical devices, distribution, energy, robotics, logistics and heavy equipment.
