Schoop's hamburgers have been a part of the Calumet Region of Indiana and Illinois since 1948 and the recipe for our hamburgers used back then is still same recipe used by all the Schoop's restaurants today!

The French fries were perfect--golden brown on the outside and fluffy inside. The hamburger was just as good! Maria is super friendly and truly has a heart of gold. I'll definitely be back.
