Socked drain tile and lava rock are installed. The sock and the lava rock will stop sediment and dirt from entering the drain tile.

A saw cut then jack hammer to break out the concrete where interior drain tile is to be installed.

The wall cavity trapped moisture which caused mold. Drywall and insulation has to be removed.

Drain Board is installed to outside grade to make sure the foundation walls are safely sealed

the 18' diameter by 30" deep sump basin is far better the shorter 24" deep sump basins.

Eliminate the sub floor sewer and convert to overhead is the safest solution to stop sewer back up.
