History
Each client will go through the Right Fit Assessment, which includes a body composition analysis, and a posture core movement screen to measure strength, mobility, and stability. Goals are set to determine the appropriate personal training or group program option to reach those goals safely and effectively. Right Fitter's are re-evaluated every twelve weeks, to ensure the effectiveness of the prescribed training program.

Our college educated trainers design each session to maximize every minute of your workout. Group Fitness environments are ideal for people who occasionally dread going to the gym, wish they had a process to follow that actually leads to results, prefer to train with a supportive and like minded community, or those who want more variety in their workouts.
