2010, Chef/Co-Owner Satoko Takeyama along with Managing Partner/Co-Owner Dr. Jee H. Kim, first opened Wasabi which lead to the birth of Ramen Takeya 2015.

EVERTHING IS GREAT!!!!! The Miso Ramen with an extra prook bellys is the best. Also the tukery byuns are great as well. Alos try the house beer.
