Pupusita Express a family owned and operated business started in May 2012 in Lake Zurich. Chef and Owner, Ruben Enciso, is a Culinary Arts graduate from Kendall College. He also attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Ruben has been in the food industry business for over 20 years. He has a large repertoire of recipes including some ethnic recipes that provide Pupusita Express' customers with a delicious, diverse and intriguing menu.

Pupusita Express emphazises on providing healthy, fresh made to order food for dine-in, carry-out and catering at a reasonable price. Pupusita Express offers fresh saladas, sandwiches and wraps as well as some appetizers and Central American recipes such as gluten free pupusas and pasteles.
