Founded in 1863, Peoria Notre Dame High School is one of the largest Catholic high schools in the Diocese of Peoria. It serves more than 900 students in grades nine through 12. The school offers a range of subjects, such as English, family and consumer science, math, science, social studies, theology, and health and physical education. Peoria Notre Dame High School governs a world language department that conducts classes in various foreign languages, including French, German, Spanish and Latin. Its science department conducts classes in various subjects, including biology, chemistry, physics and anatomy. Peoria Notre Dame High School governs the School Family Association that includes parents and guardians, as well as operates a Booster s club that recognizes the school s extracurricular activities.
