Parties That Cook Founder, Bibby Gignilliat, pioneered the mobile cooking party concept in 1999 with her first company, Gourmet Gatherings, based in San Francisco. She expanded into the Chicagoland area in 2004, then relaunched the business with the name Parties That Cook in February of 2006.

From large corporate events to team outings, we stage hands-on dinners, cooking competitions and scavenger hunts in rented venues, corporate offices and private homes throughout Chicago, Portland, Seattle, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Individuals hire us for birthday parties and special occasions.
