Totally dead touchscreen after starting the car and while driving.

Dead dashboard while car is operating. Light level was set properly, speedometer/odometer section just kept going blank like this

Car is on, but dashboard is not. Crystal told me to just drive it like this until I get a recall notice. New car, less than 150 miles on it.
