HistoryStarlight was founded in 1975 by Pat Fields Kilgore in Highland, Illinois. It was known then as Pat Fields School of Dance. After many successful dance years, Pat retired and the business was purchased by another dance family. In 2000 the name was changed from Pat Fields Shool of Dance to Starlight Dance Studio. In 2004 the studio was purchased by Lisa Trout who had worked for the studio for many years. Recently the studio updated their facilities when they moved to their new location on the Square in Highland. The location offers more than 4,000 square feet which includes a retail shop, four separate layered wood dance studios, a small snack area and a comfortable waiting area for visitors.SpecialtiesStarlight Dance Studio focuses on teaching the fundamentals of dance and other various forms of arts to all ages. We are a family owned business that has served the community for many years.
