History
Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care is a community based non-profit organization with deep roots in Chicagoland. Founded around the kitchen table 1981, Rainbow Hospice was the vision of a young wife who was caring for a husband who wanted to spend the rest of his time at home. For more than 30 years, Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care has been dedicated to continuing that vision through our mission of empowering others to live with dignity and hope while coping with illness, loss and the end of life.
