the maintenance team at BH managment is so great! they are super nice and get the job done quickly and efficiently- we had a problem with our bathtub and they came in and fixed it quickly!!!

Update - contractors now starting before 7am, not fun! Rebuilding the entire pool area (for some reason?), of a pool they won't even turn the heater on for... so it will be an expensive upgrade...
