We threw a wrench into the system in June 2013 after discovering a collection of reviews that had either been heavily filtered or erased altogether. After contacting the folks at Yelp, we were told that this issue could be easily taken care of if we decided to sign up for Yelp's marketing campaign. Since we're a small business, we've seen the damage that Yelp has caused and the small businesses that have been wiped off the map with this type of initiative.
