In 1988, a young attorney fresh out of law school set his eyes on renovating a large south side property that today is commonly known as 2150 S. Canalport Ave in Chicago. In what once housed one of the world's largest macaroni factories, Joseph P. Cacciatore had a much larger vision. In 1991, Joseph closed on the building and was determined that this would one day be something more than just another warehouse/factory in east Pilsen.
