HistoryRoyce Marble originally started Marble's Catering in 1971 and The Chestnut's owned it from 1977 until 1984. In 1984 Terry & Carol Mazure bought Marble's Catering and made it a full service catering business. In 2001 we started to scale back to just specializing in private schools and daycares breakfast, lunch and snacks. In 2007 Fran Coyne (Carol's sister) and her husband Rich Coyne bought Marble's Catering. We went through a full scale remodel of the business. We currently serve over 1600 lunches per day. In 2011, we expanded to serving box lunches again as well as doing bulk items for business meetings. Marble's Catering has remained family owned and operated since it's existence and we will continue to carry that tradition on.SpecialtiesMarble's Catering has been family owned and operated since 1984.
