HistoryAndy Zhang, the founder of the Chicago Mandarin Chinese Center moved to the city of Chicago in early 2004 with a passion to help the US companies build business connections with the fast emerging market of China. After nearly two years pain-staking work with large number small-to-medium sized companies from both US and China, Andy realized the extensive cultural differences and communication challenges between the two nations. Andy determined to teach Mandarin Chinese in later 2006 with an ambition to help US companies, especially the small-to-medium sized companies better deal with their Chinese business partners. Andy has been involved himself in teaching with great passion since then. Andy and his team have taught 8,000+ learners from 54 countries.
