The Ignite Fitness High Quality Movement Training Program was developed over the last 8 years to bring together several facets of fitness. Head Coach Nicholas Karavolos started to develop this program over 8 years ago while working at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago then moving on to coach at the division one level and work for several major fitness centers. Nicholas created a program that provides the attention to detail necessary through physical therapy and the high level of training achieved by division 1 athletes to the general population. This type of training will help you achieve any fitness goal while keeping you injury free!

With a combination of Cardio, Boxing, Body Weight Training, Olympic Weight Lifting and Heart Rate Training we will keep your body stimulated so that you can see that your fitness goals all come true! Our head trainer, Nicholas Karavolos, has trained for over 10 years at the collegiate and professional levels and has competed on the NCAA division 1 level himself.
