Harvard Glass is a full service shop. We install and repair commercial storefront specializing in medium to small jobs, shower doors, thermalpane replacement, storm and screen repair, plexi and lexan, mirrors , custom beveling, tabletops, small to medium stained glass fab and repair. We don't offer auto glass replacement, but we do offer safety glass for antique vehicles, tractors and excavation equipment. Being that we do service work, we are not always in the shop during regular hours. It is always better to call ahead. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. We are unhappy with the policy that Yelp has with preferred customers. Anyone with more that one review to any business on yelp, their reviews are considered 'preferred'. Preferred reviews are not removed at the end of the year, but all unpreferred [people with one review] reviews are removed.Over the years, many good reviews have been removed from our profile, but two bad reviews will stay with us forever. This has allowed one very spiteful individual that is computer savy to slander us in a way that knowingly cannot be removed while all of the reviews from satisfied customers are erased, every year. So please remember this when considering any review. We feel that Yelp should reconsider this detail and make an adjustment that allows us to not be penalized in this unfair manner.
