Geneva Community High School offers education to more than 1,500 students enrolled in grades nine through 12. The school offers instruction in various subjects through its departments that include business, English, family consumer science, foreign language, industrial technology, health, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education and music. The school offers various special education programs for students with special needs and provides career guidance and counseling services for students. It offers various sports programs and extracurricular activates for students, including drama productions, student council, photo club, video club, flying disk club, Geneva Student Government, yearbook, key club and ambassador club.
